Rev. Dr. Beth Toler

President of JPCP, Beth Toler is an ordained American Baptist minister and holds diverse experience from ministry, clinic, and classroom.  Her pastoral experience includes parish, campus ministry, and hospital chaplaincy. Beth’s clinical experience includes work in psychiatric recovery centers, college counseling centers, and nearly twenty years of private practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Currently, Beth also co-facilitates clergy colleague groups for the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania. Her active writing and research focuses on the methodological and practical implications of integrating religion and spirituality into the counseling process. 

In addition to her work for JPCP, Beth serves on ACPE’s Psychotherapy Commission and is an Associate Professor of Clinical Counseling at Moravian Theological Seminary in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
