In this episode, we interview George Fitchett and Wendy Cadge, who discuss the Transforming Chaplaincy program, which is focused on creating and promoting quantitative and qualitative social science research for chaplaincy. Out of the Transforming Chaplaincy project, emerged the Chaplaincy Innovation Lab which is focused on chaplain education and training.

About Rev. Tres Adames, MDiv, BCPC

​​Tres Adames is the Host and Producer of "Spiritual Care Today," the official podcast of the Journal of Pastoral Care Publications. Tres is a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor with Prism Counseling & Coaching in Phoenix, Arizona. He holds a Master of Divinity from Wesley Biblical Seminary and Bachelor of Arts from Asbury University. Tres is an active member of ACPE (the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education) and previously served on the ACPE Psychotherapy Commission from 2020 to 2021.
